Top Ten Tuesday used to be a weekly post hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, but was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl. “It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.” This is definitely something I can understand and want to participate in.
Like everyone else who blogs about books and loves to read, I have a TBR list that is a mile long. I have a bunch of ARCs that need to be read this winter for NetGalley, as well as a few other books that need to be reviewed. And I’m sure that I’m still going to have some books that I check out from the library. But … I keep saying that I’ve got to work on reading some of the books I own, and focusing less on taking out books from the library. So I’m making a list of the top ten books that I own and haven’t read yet, that I’m planning to read this winter:

- Witches Steeped in Gold by Ciannon Smart
- The Turn of the Key by Ruth Ware
- The Beautiful by Renée Ahdieh
- Vulpini by Meg Pelliccio
- The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samatha Shannon
- Sweet and Bitter Magic by Adrienne Tooley
- Star Daughter by Shveta Thakrar
- Among the Beasts and Briars by Ashley Poston
- Lore by Alexandra Bracken
- Once Upon a Broken Heart by Stephanie Garber
What are some of the books on your winter TBR?

What a great list.. so many of these are ones I can’t wait to read, myself, I hope they’re all as wonderful as they sound!

I’m really excited for all of these, but if you stick around, you’ll definitely be seeing reviews for all of them! LOL

Everyone says that! I haven’t heard a single bad thing about the book, other than the fact that everyone complains about how they wish they didn’t put off reading it because of the size, which is exactly what I’ve been doing!

I love Ruth Ware, and I haven’t read this one yet, either. I hope you get to all of these!

I don’t think I’ve actually read any Ruth Ware books, but I won this one in a giveaway, and want to see what all the hype is about!

While not on my current TBR, I would like to read Lore and Witches Steeped in Gold.

I’ve heard mixed things about Lore, but I remember reading an excerpt, and it seemed really good. Fingers crossed for both of them!

I hope you love all these! I have the same problem with library books. I always read those instead of the million books on my shelf.

Right? It’s so tempting to just run into the library for one book, and leave with an armful while ignoring the amazing books I haven’t read from my own shelves.

Nice! I loved TURN OF THE KEY. I think it’s my favorite Ruth Ware book to date. Enjoy all these.
Happy TTT!

I’m suddenly thankful that I bought The Priory of the Orange Tree in e-book, dang that’s a thick un. LOL I also have a ton of Netgalley ARCs to get through. I really need to stay off that site. LOL
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!

Haha, it is a huge one! I’ve been making pretty good progress with my NG ARCs, thankfully, although I did just get a few new approvals.

Ah, yes. Those pesky backlist books that watch us from our shelves. I have way too many of those. 😉 Unfortunately I haven’t read any of these, but I hope you get to cross a few off this winter!

Me too! That’s my plan, at least. It should keep me busy for a while.
