TTT – Most Anticipated Releases Of The Second Half Of 2021

Top Ten Tuesday used to be a weekly post hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, but was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl. “It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.” This is definitely something I can understand and want to participate in.

This week’s topic is the most anticipated releases for the second half of 2021. There are a lot of great books that have been released, and a bunch on my radar for the second half of the year. I’ve been fortunate enough to get approved for ARCs of some of them (please refer to my State of the ARC post to see my monthly progress on that front), but this week I’m going to talk about the ones I haven’t gotten copies of yet. I’m impatiently waiting to get my hands on these – if I don’t get approved for ARCs, I’m going to be putting my name on the waitlist at the library ASAP! Here they are:

  1. False Witness by Karin Slaughter — releasing July 20
  2. She Who Became the Sun by Shelley Parker-Chan — releasing July 20
  3. The Heart Principle by Helen Hoang — releasing August 3
  4. Once Upon a Broken Heart by Stephanie Garber — releasing September 28
  5. Vespertine by Margaret Rogerson — releasing September 28
  6. The God of Lost Words by A.J. Hackwith — releasing November 2
  7. Our Violent Ends by Chloe Gong — releasing November 16
  8. Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone by Diana Gabaldon — releasing November 23
  9. The Excalibur Curse by Kiersten White — releasing December 7
  10. A History of Wild Places by Shea Ernshaw — releasing December 7

What about you? Which book releases are you excited about for the second half of 2021?
