Top Ten Tuesday used to be a weekly post hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, but was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl. “It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.” This is definitely something I can understand and want to participate in.
I was actually surprised by how many books have numbers in the title when I started browsing through my TBR. For this week’s list I decided to only list books that I haven’t read yet, so here’s a few of the book titles with numbers in them that I have yet to read:
- Hard Eight by Janet Evanovich
- When Two Feathers Fell From the Sky by Margaret Verble
- The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield
- A Letter to Three Witches by Elizabeth Bass
- One Year Gone by Avery Bishop
- Once More With Chutzpah by Haley Neil
- One by One by Ruth Ware
- The Bookshop of Second Chances by Jackie Fraser
- One of Us is Next by Karen M. McManus
- The Ten Thousand Doors of January by Alix E. Harrow
Have you read any of these? What books with numbers in the title have you read and loved?

I’ve seen the movie for 13th Tale, can’t say I liked it much but perhaps the book captures the sinister much better? My favorite here would be McManus’s book — I read it a short while ago and really loved it. It made me fall in love with YA genre all over again.

I didn’t know the Thirteenth Tale was a movie, but I’ve found that the books are almost always better. McManus’s books are always great for me!

I’ve read a few of these. ONE BY ONE isn’t my favorite by Ware, but it definitely kept me reading!
Happy TTT!
