Fall is finally here! I’m one of those people who love fall, so I’ve been reveling in pumpkin spice coffee and enjoying the cooler weather. September was a really busy month with a lot of Jewish holidays, and that meant a lot of downtime with the family and some good times, even though it always makes me miss my dad. However, the month went by surprisingly quickly, and I made it through a TON of books, including quite a few NetGalley ARCs, which I’m really happy about.
This year I vowed to focus on my goals for the year. So here we go:
- I gained some more followers, going from 410 to 426. I’m hoping to reach 450 by the end of the year!
- Scheduling posts is now a regular habit, and it makes life so much easier. I can’t imagine scrambling last minute to throw together a post anymore.
- I finally finished a first draft of my WIP! I let it sit for a while, but I think it’s time to self-edit a bit now. Plus, I have a new idea percolating, and I’m thinking of doing NaNo.
- I’m still dragging my feet on reading the books I own, but I’m getting a lot closer to getting through the pile of books that I have checked out from the library and my ARCs. I’m determined to read some of my owned books this year!

Thank you! I’m a fast reader, and I can’t work so I have a lot of time to read.

Wow, you read so much! I don’t even know how many I read last month, but it wasn’t very many. Reading’s sort of in the background for me now.

I did read a lot! But to be fair, being disabled gives me a lot of time to read.
