Monthly Wrap Up

May 2024 Monthly Wrap Up

I had a minor surgery on my shoulder the first day of May, so I spent a lot of the month recovering. However, it did have the unexpected bonus of allowing me more time to get reading done. I did manage to get out of the house for Memorial Day weekend, spending time with friends, which was really nice, but other than that, I’ve really been working hard at physical therapy, and trying to stay on top of blog posts.

I still haven’t gotten through the two nonfiction books, and might have to consider setting them aside for the moment, until I can devote the attention they need. I have still been focusing on staying on top of my ARCs, and doing some reads that sound interesting. Here are some of my May highlights:

  • I keep getting new followers on my blog, and I appreciate each one of you!
  • For past due ARCs, I have 2 from NG and 10 from publishers.
  • I read 2 nonfiction books in May: one was a memoir and the other was a witchy arts and crafts book.
  • I didn’t DNF any books in May.
