I’ve really missed doing Friday Favorites, and since no one was currently hosting it, Cait @ Functionally Fictional decided to jump into the gap. Each week, she provides a prompt, and I get to talk about my favorite books that fit the topic. Feel free to join in – the more the merrier!
This week’s prompt is a broad one – red book covers. So here’s some of my favorite books featuring red covers, and I tried to include some from different genres:

- House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J. Maas
- These Feathered Flames by Alexandra Overy
- The Heart Principle by Helen Hoang
- Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli
- How It All Blew Up by Arvin Ahmadi
- Olga Dies Dreaming by Xóchitl González
- Cazadora by Romina Garber
- There There by Tommy Orange
What are some of your favorite books with red covers?

I liked ‘Simon Vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda,’ ‘How It All Blew Up’ was just okay. I actually thought the cover for ‘There There’ was more orange?
