State of the ARC is a monthly meme temporarily hosted by Sarah at All The Book Blog Names Are Taken meant to motivate you to finish up your long overdue ARCs (Advanced or Early Reader Copies). This is its original intention, while some bloggers have tweaked it a bit for their own purposes, such as just keeping ARCs in order by due dates. Or you can just be a hot mess like me who sometimes misses publishing dates (or ignores them altogether) and needs a way to stay organized on what has been read, reviewed, or is still begging for attention. Thank you to Evelina @ Avalinah’s Books for coming up with this super helpful monthly meme.
I finished November with 9 ARCs left to be read.
I got approved for a whopping 7 new ARCs in November, 3 of which I was absolutely dying to get my hands on! In case you’re wondering, they were the Karen M. McManus, Hailey Neil, and Dahlia Adler books. I focused a lot of time to reading ARCs, and although I finished the month with the same amount of ARCs with only 1 less to read than last month, my ratio went up by 1%, leaving me with 93% by the end of the month, and I’ve read all the ARCs that are due in 2021! This gives me a little bit of wiggle room to stay on top of things, and hopefully get my ratio even higher before the end of the year.
I got approved for 7 new books in November:

- Up To No Gouda by Linda Reilly
- You’ll Be the Death of Me by Karen M. McManus
- The Hawthorne School by Sylvie Perry
- One for Sorrow by Helen Fields
- Prepper’s Medical Handbook by Emma Nora
- Once More With Chutzpah by Haley Neil
- Home Field Advantage by Dahlia Adler
These are the ARCs that I read and reviewed, with links to my reviews:

- From the Jewish Provinces by Fradl Shtok — see my review here.
- Moon, Magic, Mixology by Julia Halina Hadas — see my review here.
- You’ll Be the Death of Me by Karen M. McManus — see my review here.
- The Hawthorne School by Sylvie Perry — see my review here.
- Cold Brew Corpse by Tara Lush — see my review here.
- The Excalibur Curse by Kiersten White — see my review here.
- A History of Wild Places by Shea Ernshaw — see my review here.
- Prepper’s Medical Handbook by Emma Nora — see my review here.
Here are the ARCs I still have to read:

- Reckless Girls by Rachel Hawkins
- Up To No Gouda by Linda Reilly
- Once More With Chutzpah by Haley Neil
- One for Sorrow by Helen Fields
- The Dark Queens by Shelley Puhak
- The Golden Couple by Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen
- Daughter by Kate McLaughlin
- The Wild Girls by Phoebe Morgan
- Home Field Advantage by Dahlia Adler
How are you doing with your ARCs?

That’s awesome. I was at 90% then just approved for 4, so I am at 86% and have a few left that I have to review by the end of the month.
